The training component of the Professional Immersion Program is designed to supplement the education an intern receives through their academic program. Seminars are offered to enhance professional growth for the individual, exposing them to resources for future and long-term use as a professional theater artist. Career development workshops provide focused training in the intern’s chosen department; in addition, all interns are cross-trained with other departments in order to bring about a greater understanding of the process of creating professional theater as a whole.
