APPLICATION
The application component of the Professional Immersion Program allows participants to apply the skills and knowledge obtained through both the internship and academic training to a project within the organization. With these projects, each individual is responsible for an element of the assignment: Interns create and initiate a plan of execution, teach and delegate to other interns and, through this process, hone leadership abilities.
